01 — Tell us about your day.
Start with your date, cities and venues. Tell us whether you want photography, films or both, then describe your priority moments. A provisional schedule is enough to begin a conversation; details can develop as planning moves forward.
02 — Shape your proposal.
We consider coverage, travel, team requirements and deliverables. The proposal describes the selected elements and confirmation steps. An enquiry does not automatically reserve your date; refer to the terms of your agreement.
03 — Prepare the essentials.
Before the wedding, gather addresses, on-site contacts, important moments and your family list. Share ceremony restrictions and backup options. It helps to discuss photography and film priorities with your other suppliers.
04 — Live it, then return to it.
On the day, enjoy the people gathered around you. Deliverables and delivery arrangements follow what is agreed in your contract. When you receive your files, make several copies so your memories remain safe over time.
